I am honored that you are considering working with me, let me tell you a bit about myself. I have dedicated my professional career to working with children. Before becoming a licensed psychologist, I worked in the field of early intervention, as a credentialed teacher, in a residential facility and as a behavioral specialist. I use a variety of techniques, including cognitive behavior therapy and play therapy, to provide an individualized treatment plan with each child and teen. Children come to work with me for many reasons including anxiety, OCD, depression, ADHD, high functioning autism and behavioral difficulties. In addition, I enjoy working with highly gifted and “twice exceptional” children. I strive to work closely with parents and to include them in the therapeutic process.

Please be aware that I do not complete custody evaluations, make recommendations about parenting time, or address custody/visitation concerns.  If you are seeking treatment for your child due to concerns related to divorce, separation or family conflict I am not an appropriate fit and I would encourage you to find a therapist who has a specialty in this area.
